1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Recurrin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Recurrin is a subscription tracking application for iOS that helps users monitor recurring charges, receive renewal reminders, and analyze subscription spending. The App allows you to manually enter subscription details, import data from PDF bank statements, and view spending analytics.

3. User Accounts

To use Recurrin, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may delete your account at any time through Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.

4. Subscription Tiers

Recurrin offers the following tiers:

• Free: Track up to 10 subscriptions with basic features
• Premium: Unlimited subscription tracking, push notification reminders, and PDF import from bank statements

5. Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. By subscribing to Premium, you agree to:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. When you cancel your Premium subscription:

• You retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly)
• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription period
• After the current period ends, your account will revert to the free tier
• Your data remains in the app — you do not lose any subscription tracking data by downgrading

Since all payments are processed through Apple's App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Recurrin does not process payments or refunds directly and has no ability to issue refunds. Apple handles all refund decisions at its sole discretion in accordance with its own refund policies.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to Premium features for the selected billing period and that the obligation to provide the service is fulfilled on a continuous basis throughout that period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use the App to store or transmit illegal content

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by Recurrin and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Recurrin is a tracking tool and does not provide financial advice. Always verify subscription details directly with your service providers and financial institutions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Recurrin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid, including any unused portion of a subscription period
• Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to sections on Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Governing Law

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App. To stop future subscription charges, you must cancel your subscription through Apple's subscription management before the next billing date.

12. Service Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to:

• Add, change, or remove features or functionality
• Change the terms or pricing of Premium subscriptions (changes apply at the next renewal, not to the current billing period)
• Discontinue the App entirely

In the event that we permanently discontinue the App, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice through the App or via email. Upon discontinuation, your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made. You will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining unused portion of your current subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
